Some Japanese say that the rocket is just a satellite. So, we don't have to be worried about it.
But, when we consider that North Korea is not allowed to launch a satellite, it should be blamed.
By the way, North Korea hasn't yet been allowed to construct a nuclear fuel reprocessing plant, while Japan is allowed. It is pity that Japan won't be able to take the advantage of it, because of anti-nuclear power activists.
