Recently, I've never seen strike in Japan. It is because more and more freshmen are unlikely to take part in labor unions, and the labor unions have less and less power against exectives of Japanese companies.
Then, the number of Japanese companies which ignore the Labor Standard Act. It causes more freshmen to quit job within 3 years.
I would like Japanese youngsters to know how important it is to insist their rights through playing a role in a group, though I don't have a right to say that because I was absent from a sports meeting of my company. hahaha
