When I was an elementary school student, I couldn't see floods with neck-deep water many times per year.
But, these days, such horrible floods are reported frequently. As far as I know, United States, Japan, Taiwan, North Korea, and Philippine experienced floods with deep water.
Though I don't have confidence that the phenomena are assigned to abnormal weather caused by global warming, people should pay attention to global warming rather than radioactive threat.
