Why can the hyperloop be in commercial use?

Hyperloop train might be coming to India
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/hyperloop-india-mumbai-pune-train/index.html

The biggest problem is that there must be only one train on one tube.
It means if it takes 25 mins from Mumbai to Pune, the maximum frequency of the hyperloop train is one per 50 mins.
So, under this system, we cannot increase train frequency unless adding tracks along the whole section.

So, the system will end up with attraction in playground, without breakthrough.

Why don't they plan passenger rails?

Nigeria plans railway northwards to Niger
https://www.railwaygazette.com/news/infrastructure/single-view/view/nigeria-plans-railway-northwards-to-niger.html

Though recent extension of rails in Central Africa are aimed at living up to freight logistics, isn't there demand for passenger use?
Considering that Nigeria is a country whose population is rapidly growing, there must be skyrocketing demand for passenger use. But, I've rarely heard massive construction plan of urban rails or passenger dedicated rails.
Current transportation can afford to deal with increasing population?

Why is UAE an influencer?

10 things the UAE does better than anywhere else
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/uae-reasons-to-visit/index.html

The article says "The country is particularly safe for solo female travelers". But, in Islamic nations, it wouldn't be common that solo females travel alone, much less travel overseas.
So, if UAE trys to promote female travelling, it would be an opportunity to change such a conservative mindset.

Why is it a risk to let young child an actor?

How an eight-year-old American boy became a viral sensation in China
https://edition-m.cnn.com/2018/11/08/china/gavin-meme-kid-china-intl/index.html?r=https%3A%2F%2Fedition.cnn.com%2F

I'm afraid that a small child who became famous would assume that they take it for granted that he or she gains attention from general people or that he or she can earn money without doing anything.
So, parents of the child should persuade him into acknowledging how fortunate it is and there will never be a chance like this.

Why do we need masks in Delhi?

Delhi chokes on hazardous pollution the day after Diwali
https://edition-m.cnn.com/2018/11/07/asia/delhi-auto-rickshaw-pollution-intl/index.html?r=https%3A%2F%2Fedition.cnn.com%2F

As far as the cities I've visited, the city with the most polluted air is Delhi.
Especially in the morning, I couldn't see 50m away clearly, because of heavy haze.
I saw some people was wearing handmade masks. But, when we consider that breathing air in Delhi is equivalent to smoking 20 cigarettes, it's understandable.

Why is the simulation of passenger flows important?

Passenger flow modelling ideas sought
https://www.railwaygazette.com/news/news/uk/single-view/view/passenger-flow-modelling-ideas-sought.html

When it comes to dealing with train congestion, increasing tracks and improving train frequency are focused. But, station capacity is often ignored especially in Japan. In the morning, we can see people are stuck before narrow corridors or escalators in Japan's relatively huge stations.

Why don't they accept pads?

When pads are a luxury, getting your period means missing out on life
https://edition-m.cnn.com/2018/10/03/health/tanzania-period-poverty-asequals-africa-intl/index.html?r=https%3A%2F%2Fedition.cnn.com%2F

It shows how difficult it is to remove superstition, when it is against science and medical treatment.
Though the fact that pads are expensive can be solved by financial aid or economic growth, I'm not sure that superstition to avoid pads is eliminated by education.
