Why is the toilet revolution important?

It's one of the biggest issues in China.
While a coworker in my previous workplace was on a business trip to countryside in Henan Province in China, nature called him, and then he asked someone where the nearest toilet was.
He was invited to a dirty toilet with stench and without doors.
He gave up shitting there and tolerated with it.

That incident gave him bad impression about China.

Though you will rarely see those kinds of conventional toilets in major cities in China, you have to be prepared for it when visiting countryside.

Why don't you see thenew trains on Tokyu and Sotetsu Lines(相鉄20000系と東急2020系撮影)

I headed for Kashiwadai, where Sotetsu 20000 series train is placed.
In front of the station, a couple of people on a pedestrian deck arching over Sotetsu Line were seeing the objective train, Sotetsu 20000 series.
The train was newly manufactured to live up to inauguration of through service to Tokyu Line and JR Line.

And then, I went to Nagatsuta depot, where Tokyu 2020 series train was expected to be placed.
By Sotetsu Line, Odakyu Line, and Tokyu Line, I arrived there.
there were also people who want to see the new train.

Tokyu 2000 series and Tokyu 8590 series trains could also be seen in the depot. Both of the trains became rare trains, because of mass-installation of Tokyu 5000 series trains.

Why don't they show train systems explicitly?

The most serious issues in New York Subway are safety in the subway stations and complicated train routes and sorts. The former issue is gradually improved through "If you see something, say something" promotion by the authority. The latter is still under solving. MTA tries to make train operations understandable by putting up train information boards on platforms. But, it's not sufficient. What I want to know is the time each train is scheduled to come and stoppng staions of each sort. MTA should put up timetable boards on platforms and the route maps to show which train sort stops at which stations.
Though stopping stations of Express and Local are shown on maps, Express trains operated during rush hours stop different stations from the regular one.
MTA should give name to them or indicate stopping stations on route maps.

Why don't you eat chicken-related food, when catching a cold?

Though I didn't know "Slurp chicken soup, when catching a cold" is grandmotherly wisdom, it reminds me of the experience that I recovered from sick after eating chicken.
The first time I knew that is when I visited Busan via Fukuoka in 2010. When I was in hot spring, I felt like catching a cold. But, soon after eating chicken giblets, my health got better.
The second time was during a trip to Malaysia in 2014. While I was walking in high humidity and high temperature, I got runny nose and subtle pain in stomach.
Then, I went to Korean restaurant, and ate Samgye-tang, which is chicken soup with rice and some kinds of seasonings.
It made me fine just 30 mins later.
There is the third time, but I'd like to omit explanation, because it's similar to the first one.

Why don't you enjoy aboard with electronic gadgets ?

Now that those who want to see their favorite movies prepare tablet computers and download them before boarding to enjoy movies during flight, inflight movies will no longer be necessary.
So, except for displaying current plane location, TV screen on back of each seat will be meaningless.
Furthermore, after expansion of the internet use, flight location system will also be meaningless.
Then, electrical outlets will be needed rather than TV screen.

Why was the order placed?

I guess additional order of LRV means MUNI's extension plan is going well.
What's that?
MUNI, the transportation operator in San Francisco, foresees inauguration of Central Subway in the near future. The Subway branches from the conventional 4th and king station to Chinatown.
So, more rolling stocks will be needed.
